NEIMUN delegation to the Millennium Series Conference, 2015.

"Earlier this year we decided to host a MUN Conference in our college, NIT Silchar, and while working for it I was told about this organization working to develop the MUN culture in North East India, NEIMUN. When I came in contact with NEIMUN, I realised that it was undoubtedly was one of the most supportive organisations that we had come in touch with, showing complete faith andsupport to our initiative.

During the MUN conference in our college, we had the pleasure of having Filzah Belal as a part of our executive board, who had applied to be a part of the secretariat of NEIMUN. Seeing her interest and enthusiasm I realized how much people believed in NEIMUN’s efforts, and the pride that is felt in being associated with them.

I had the opportunity to be a part of the NEIMUN delegation to the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad for the Millennium Conference Series, and I was totally impressed when I realized how much effort NEIMUN puts in their initiatives, making sure everything for us is arranged and well coordinated. The countless efforts of Imlimenla Longchar helped us focus on the conference as she took care of everything else so we wouldn't have to worry anything else. I would be very wrong if I wouldn't mention how sincere she had been with her job, and that really inspired us. It was rather because of NEIMUN that we had the opportunity to go for MSC and we truly had the best time during the conference.
Even during the MCS, when I interacted with my fellow delegates, I met many people who had attended the previous sessions NEIMUN and they were so full of praise for it. They wouldn't miss out on mentioning a single detail, right from how well it was organized, the exceptional level of debate, and of course, how much fun they had during the conference.

NEIMUN is a wonderful program that has helped hundreds of people discover their passion for Model UNs, and I am sure they'll have even more success in their upcoming endeavors.Today, I take the same pride to be associated with NEIMUN and I am very egerly looking forward to attend my first NEIMUN conference this year."
