Aolemla Imsong has a Postgraduate degree in Sociology from Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi. She is currently working as Superintendent, Observation Home, Child Protection Services, Government of Nagaland.

Aolem has been actively working towards rehabilitation and reintegration of Children in Conflict with Law.
