NEIMUN APPLICATION PROCESS 2023

• Delegates/Delegations need to submit the online Google form before the set deadlines. Successful candidates will be notified soon after the applications have been submitted.
•  Confirmation to the conference is subject to full payment of subscribed fees.
• For individual applicants, please make sure there is no group delegation enrolled from your College before you submit your individual applications. 
• Note that applications will be closed immediately after the available seats are filled.
• Please read the eligibility section and fee structure before filling up this form.

ELIGIBILITY

1. Age 18-25 years; Current College/University students, recent graduates and post graduates
2. Open to all Nationals.
3. Willingness to make a difference in the community.
4. Interest in learning more about the United Nations, Multilateral Diplomacy, International Relations, Geopolitics, Conflict Resolution, International Organisations and Social Issues.
5. Interest in networking with students from different schools and colleges, cultures, states and nationalities.
6. Interest in acquiring, harnessing and polishing skills such as lobbying, negotiations, debating, public speaking, team building and leadership.

FEE STRUCTURE

Applications Opening Date: 9th September, 2023 
Closing Date: 30th September, 2023

APPLYING AS AN INDIVIDUAL DELEGATE:

*Accommodation fee will be calculated separately
*This does not include travel to Kohima, Nagaland.
*Hotels/Dorms options can be found in the Accommodation section on the website.
*Delegates have to pay full payment to confirm admission.

APPLYING AS A COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY  DELEGATION:​

• A delegation should consist a minimum of 6 delegates. 
• ​The delegations registered shall be eligible for a ‘Delegation Certificate’ entitled to the institute and will also be eligible as a nomination to win the ‘Best Delegation Award’. 
• Together with the individual delegate fee structure mentioned above, the college/university has to pay a delegation fee. 
• ​To register your college as a delegation, please visit www.neimun.org and register under Group Delegation Form.

PLEASE NOTE:
*In case a delegate decides to drop out after payment, the delegate fee is non-refundable. Only accommodation and meal fee will be refunded in such a case.
*NEIMUN Delegate Affairs team will send an email once delegates/delegations are selected with the necessary bank details for payment of fees, NEIMUN preparation guide, travel and accommodation plans for  out station delegates.
