“To dream big is one thing but to actually work on that dream is a whole new level of success.” MUN is something I began as a high school student in Chandigarh, being very talkative and opiniated was something my classmates couldn’t ignore and I was actually offered to participate at DPS MUN (believe it or not)! Two years later, I noticed something on my Facebook feed it said “North East India International MUN”, and the rest is history. Being a part of the 1ST NEIMUN Pinnacle Times was indeed special. NEIMUN brought together a lot of bright minds to create, discuss, argue(subtly), debate on and much more. I had the opportunity to closely work with my fellow co-reporters, have different perspectives and yet reach to a consensus. This indeed built and molded my strategy in decision making and team performances even as a student here in Korea. I now work as a global marketer in an IT firm in Seoul which means I work with clients and develop businesses. To have had a strong foundation of MUN gave me much more than just being outspoken it taught me to listen to client’s problems and needs and reach to a ground breaking consensus that changes lives through technology!
