Dennis Lallienzuol is a conflict survivor, peacebuilder and indigenous youth belonging to the ‘Hmar’ community living in Manipur, Northeast India. Lallienzuol is the founder of 'The Bridge School Project', a youth-led community initiative focussing on transforming education and peacebuilding with vulnerable children in the rural areas of Northeast India. He is a Youth Engagement and Empowerment Programme Fellow in 2022 under the United Nations Office of Counter Terrorism (UNOCT).
Lallienzuol is a development professional actively engaged as a member and board of several local, national and international organisations and youth-led networks on issues related to youth, education, environment, indigenous people, social justice and peacebuilding. While his interest lies in development, policy and research; Lallienzuol is a keen archivist who curates a heritage project which was supported by the British Council.
