Limabenla Jamir is an International Development consultant. She is part of the Local Public Sector Alliance Secretariat & Global Team where she coordinates the Asia & Africa Expert Working Groups, and Inclusive Governance & Local Democracy thematic group.
Limabenla graduated from Duke University with a Master’s degree in International Development Policy where she studied as a Rotary Peace Fellow, received the Research in Color Foundation mentee fellowship and a Masters in Applied Social Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London. She has consulted for the Digital Development Global Practice at the World Bank, Washington DC. Broadly, she is interested in analysing and evaluating public policies on poverty reduction, inequality and social policies in fragile and conflict-affected states.
