Secretary General
Kethosinuo Tepa is a Communications professional working with Development Alternatives in New Delhi. She is from Nagaland and pursued her study in English Literature at the University of Delhi. She is interested in youth engagement and community development and has been volunteering with young people in Northeast India for the past five years. She has worked with organizations like Difficult Dialogues, North East Network, Zubaan, and Youthnet. Her journey with NEIMUN began in 2014 and 2015 as a delegate and since then, has been contributing to the organisation in various capacities. Currently, she is a member of the Executive Board and will be serving as the Secretary General for this year's conference. |

Pratyush Pran Sarma hailing from Assam is a PhD Scholar and Project Consultant at the School of Conflict and Security Studies, National Institute of Advanced Studies (NIAS), Bengaluru for Hanns Seidel Foundation, Germany. As a researcher, his interests include the socio-political conflicts and governance in the North-Eastern States of India and understanding the varying dimensions of insurgencies in those states. Author of two papers, Sarma is currently working on issues and challenges to local governance in the autonomous regions in the North-East. Apart from academia, He also considers himself a cinema-buff, an admirer of the art of storytelling: from Tarantino to Wong Kar Wai. He also has a keen interest in art and paintings, their meanings, and the society that led to their creation and the impact they have had on the society around them. |
Under Secretary General for MUN Programs and Speakers
Mayukh Dutta from Assam is a literature student of Ramjas College, Delhi University and is a writer and a poet. A walking example of discipline, sensibility and leadership, he has been a national level debator, a recipient of Best Cadet, Republic Day Camp NE Region Directorate (2018). Having his way of words, his poems have also been featured in PoemsIndia. He may also be found playing basketball or chess and also discover in his company, an insightful film critic or a passionate bibliophile. He claims that “he reads, he writes, he speaks but most importantly he listens.” He also maintains a perfect equilibrium between academic exploration and being equally earnest to the mundane realities of life. He claims that this multifaceted personality helps him attract people of all ages. |
Under Secretary General for Conference Management and Logistics
Nikila Sogyal hails from Sikkim and is currently a third-year law student. She will serve as the USG for Conference Management and Logistics for the second consecutive year. Her skills and dedication earned her the title of Best Delegate for the Committee of Cyber Bullying. An ambivert at heart, she is passionately driven to cultivate mindfulness and explore new skills in her endeavors. She also finds solace and draws inspiration from cooking and music. Although she acknowledges herself as a self-proclaimed procrastinator, her remarkable ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results should not be underestimated. |
Under Secretary General for Economics and Delegate Affairs
Soboienla Longkumer hails from Nagaland and has a Masters Degree from Martin Luther Christian University in Conflict Management and Peace Initiatives. She has interned with North East Network and worked with other firms as a consultant. She has also been actively involved with MUNs since college with a keen interest for public speaking and debates. Previously, she served as the Deputy USG for Delegate Affairs. She values getting involved in social activities coupled with academics and sends forth this encouragement to today’s youth and students. In her free time, she loves to sit back with a few episodes of FRIENDS. |
Under Secretary General for Publicity and Delegate Outreach
Catherine Lalmalsawmi was born and raised in Mizoram, India. A recent graduate from St. Stephens College, she is an active leader in her college leading a number of societies in her college and mobilising students from North East for various activities and events. Being a literature student, she finds solace and inspiration in the power of words, both written and spoken. She believes in the transformative power of storytelling, recognizing its ability to connect people, bridge cultures, and ignite positive change. She believes that NEIMUN will aid in quenching the thirst for knowledge and boundless creativity, and with deep-rooted compassion remaining as driving forces, it will propel the youths toward greater heights. |
Under Secretary General for Media and Communications
Sanenaienla Mayang hails from Nagaland and is a graduate in English from the University of Delhi. She began her journey with NEIMUN in 2018 and joined the International Press Bureau in the following year. Learning the essence of leadership and public policy, she has volunteered for Vidya Vistar Nagaland and collaborated with Sophia Foundation since 2017. Mayang also shares a passion in music where she holds a degree in vocals from the Rock School of London. Currently working with the Department of School Education Nagaland, she believes that education is the first step in the development of a society and its people. With a keen interest in writing, Sanen draws inspiration through different social and political episodes of the world and is set to publish her book of poetry. On a random day, it is most likely to find her glued to a Wes Anderson movie. |
Deputy Under Secretary General for Publicity and Delegate Outreach
Kevithuto Neikha from Nagaland is a graduate of St. Joseph’s College, Jakhama with a Bachelor’s in Political science. He is currently pursuing his LL. B with Business Law as a major from J.B. Law College, Guwahati. He began his NEIMUN journey as a delegate in 2018 where he was also awarded the Best Delegate. Ever since his MUN journey began, he has attended various other MUNs such as the India International MUN, Assam Agricultural College MUN, and Asia Youth International MUN. He was also a part of the Help Nagaland Breathe Campaign from 2021-22 as a volunteer in the Social Media team. Being born and brought up in Kohima, Neikha has a strong affection for his hometown. He loves taking long walks across his town and strives to contribute in whatever capacity he can to his people. Apart from being a proud MUNer, he is also a very proud dog parent to thirteen dogs. |

Ayush Bhattacharjee is from Assam who is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations, Peace, and Public Policy at St. Joseph's College in Bangalore. He has consistently demonstrated academic excellence with a keen interest in different fields of social sciences. Along with his academics, Ayush has a passion for photography that is evident through his active involvement in various photography-related positions and workshops for eight years now. He started his MUN journey back in 2017 at NEIMUN and has been a prominent face in the MUN circuit of Guwahati. Bhattacharjee has also been a part of the Design and Editorial Team for the Blue and White University Annual Magazine, displaying his eye for aesthetics and attention to detail. As a Student Coordinator for ASPIRE, the Association of Students of Public Policy and International Relations, he has actively contributed to the core organizing committee and facilitated the smooth functioning of the association. |

Tiapong Tzudir hails from Nagaland and has completed his Masters in Sociology from India’s first Sociology Department, University of Mumbai. Widely known as “Yatra Kid” on his socials, he has been documenting and vlogging for the last five years. He is a student leader who has actively volunteered with tribal student organisations in Delhi and Mumbai. Tzudir is also a travel enthusiast and takes great pleasure in learning about new places and people. His interests lie in content creating and firmly believe in supporting local entrepreneurs and youngsters. He has hosted various events in Mumbai, Delhi, Goa and around Nagaland. He has also recently trained as a young leader for the Sustainable Development Goals hosted by the National Foundation of India. |
Deputy Under Secretary General for Partnerships and Finance
Luke Rimmo Loyi Lego from Arunachal Pradesh, is currently a sophomore at the prestigious Stevens Institute of Technology in New Jersey, United States, he is pursuing a Major in Biomedical Engineering with a Minors Degree in Public Policy. Luke's intellectual pursuits lie at the crossroads of Biomimetics, Public Health, & Genetics (CRISPr). He is also one of the co-founders of NECHR, a non-profit that aims to promote research among high school students in the Northeast. He is also an enthusiastic leaf collector and has collected over 200 species of different plant species. In his leisure, Luke indulges in diverse hobbies such as reading, mountain biking, and playing badminton, all while fervently supporting Liverpool/Tottenham! Beside his academic pursuits, he is also serving as a Volunteer EMS Member, at the Hoboken Ambulance Corps. |

Limayala is from the state of Nagaland and completed her undergraduate studies in English Literature from St. Anthony’s College, Shillong. She also holds a Masters Degree from the University of Hyderabad, Telangana. Lima has fondly taken part in various extra-curricular and social activities since her high school years. Her MUN journey began during her college days and has loved the world of tact and diplomacy which it creates for young people. She believes that investing into young minds is one of the best and also the smartest investments for any society. Apart from ‘all things Academic’, she likes to set out on mini adventures like going backpacking with her friend and also likes trying out and collecting different kinds of tea! |

Aheno Peseyie hailing from Nagaland is a graduate from St. Anthony’s College, Shillong with a degree in history and also holds a Masters from North Eastern Hill University, Shillong in the same. Peseyie has always participated actively in MUN clubs since her college days and was a prominent member of SACMUN from 2019-2021. Holding two degrees in history as a field of study, her passion for the subject implements her interests in various cultures of the world and enjoys sojourns to different historical places. She also is a bibliophile where she claims historical novels and autobiographies such as The diary of a young girl and Man’s Search for meaning are her absolute cup of tea. With her skills on the piano, she is a known pianist in her community church. A strong upholder of women’s rights, she further aspires to be a bureaucrat. |
Deputy Under Secretary General for Conference Management and Logistics
Tia Longkumer was born and raised in Nagaland and holds a Master's degree in Music from Goldsmith University, London. He was elected as chair for International Organisation for Migration in NEIMUN 2019. Longkumer is currently pursuing his career as a Singer- Songwriter- performer and a music educator. He strongly believes in the power of mutual assistance and service as catalysts for uplifting one another. His passion for bringing positive changes and uplifting the youths led to his participation in NEIMUN. Furthermore, he exhibits great enthusiasm for expanding his knowledge and extending his assistance to others. He also finds cooking to be immense pleasure and claims to be a big Potter head. |
