Nabam Tubin has a Postgraduate degree in Public Administration from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. He is currently working as Programme Manager (Livelihoods & Skills) under Arunachal State Rural Livelihoods Mission (ArSRLM), Government of Arunachal Pradesh. He leads the Non-Farm Livelihoods intervention under ArSRLM in Arunachal Pradesh and is the Nodal Officer from ArSRLM for the implementation of Start Up Village Entrepreneurship Program & Prime Minister- Formalization of Micro-Food Enterprises in the State of Arunachal Pradesh.
